Client Spot Light: Octobers Client of the Month is Michele.
Michele began her fitness journey in July, feeling exhausted. As a busy mom of little girls, a wife, homemaker, and full-time professional running two side businesses, she wanted to reclaim her pre-baby body. By training three times a week for 30 minutes and eating for energy, she avoided fad diets in favor of nutritious meals every few hours. She has lost 40 lbs and is now more confident, energized, and eager for her next goal. Cheers to this incredible woman!
