Who we are
Hello, I’m Michelle Morrow. I work as an Emergency Department nurse and am a passionate fitness coach with over 15 years in health and wellness. As a mother of four and a grandmother, I lost track of myself for a while. During nursing school, I stress-eating and gained 40 pounds, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. I discovered Zumba and fell in love with group fitness. I went on to become an instructor in Zumba, yoga, and body pump.
Since then, I’ve consistently trained in the gym with a focus on heavy weight lifting and HIIT Training. I see my nursing role as treating immediate issues but as a fitness coach, I empower clients to take charge of their health. I am dedicated to transforming lives by equipping my clients with the knowledge they need for a lifelong healthy lifestyle. My program, Michelle5:3, is inspired by Romans 5:3, which teaches that anything is possible with hard work and determination, fostering resilience. I believe in all my clients and am passionate about helping them succeed.
