A healthy, balanced diet is as important as your workout routine. I want my clients to eat for energy, not just to satisfy hunger. Good nutrition is essential for your body to function well. When you eat balanced meals with whole foods, you’ll find that cravings for junk food decrease because your body is adequately nourished. Consider all the incredible things your body does for you; now ask what it needs—hydration, nutrition, and rest are key. My goal is to teach my clients how to eat clean and healthy without sacrificing flavor or variety.
